Your CHILLEST GAMER® tee is built to keep its look — but only if you treat it right. All of our tees are unisex oversized boxy-cut tees printed with Direct-to-Garment (DTG) ink on cotton. Here's exactly how to care for yours, straight from the supplier.
WASHING
All CHILLEST GAMER® tees are machine washable. Follow these steps to protect the fabric and the print:
- Turn the tee inside out before washing — this protects the DTG print from friction against other items.
- Wash in cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle.
- Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners — bleach damages the print, and softeners can break down DTG ink over time.
- Wash with similar colors to avoid dye transfer.
DRYING
All tees are rated for tumble drying. To get the best results:
- Use a low heat setting. High heat can cause cotton to shrink and may affect the print.
- Remove promptly when the cycle ends and shake the tee out to reduce wrinkles.
- Air drying flat or hanging is also a great option if you want to extend the life of the garment.
IRONING
These tees can be ironed. A couple of important rules for DTG-printed garments:
- Do not iron directly on the print. Always turn the tee inside out, or place a cloth between the iron and the design.
- Use a low to medium heat setting.
- Avoid steam directly on the printed area.
STORAGE
To keep the oversized boxy fit and the print looking fresh:
- Fold rather than hang for long-term storage — hanging can stretch the shoulders of an oversized fit over time.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade colors.
- Make sure the tee is fully dry before folding and storing to prevent mildew.
